“ The Brickyard was a great NOTE to end on. Not only did the live pianist accentuate the moody atmosphere, but the food, service, and overall experience was beyond delightful. This was the best restaurant my family and I could have chosen to end our trip in Boise. I would recommend The Brickyard to anyone I know. ”
“ Never a bad experience, good food, great atmosphere and service. Many tv screens to view sporting events ”
“ A wonderful meal, everything was delicious. The staff were all super friendly and professional. My medium rare steak was a little under cooked, but that was not in any way a deal breaker. The peanut butter mash taters were fab, the parmy calamari was super delish, and the crab stuffed mushies were tasty. My beautiful wife had the halibut, and that was outstanding. Can't wait to visit here again. Cheers! ”
“ Nice quiet place. The Wellington is good. The pastry is crispy and the beef inside is good ”
“ This has replaced Ruth's Chris as our fun night out place. Food is great, steaks are perfection and the table side salad bar is a treat. Johnathan is a great server and make sure you tip your piano players. She played TSwift tunes for my daughters 20th birthday dinner ”
“ Anything less than a 5 star review here is a lie or a fluke. This place is the best of Boise. The French onion soup is the best I have ever had. The elk tenderloin and the Wellington were absolutely flawless. The staff was all incredible; from the bar before dinner to getting sat at a table we never had to wonder about our service. This place is just absolutely amazing. Weather you live in boise or are visiting a night out is not complete without going to brickyard and I hope it stays around for a long time. ”
“ Oh for heaven sakes. We live in Colorado. Can't find a decent steakhouse here. We visited Boise for a few days and wow, found this gem! Totally delicious. Friendly and awesome ambiance. Piano bar sounds so good and plays excellent t memories. The steaks are so delish. Mine a New York. Cooked so well just to my liking. We shared chimmicurri sauce wowzer! Hubs had a petite filet. Over the top delicious. Our server Patrick so good on the eye and such a fabulous server. I had whipped potatoes and hubs au gratin. Their warm rolls with their butter so good. Lemon sorbet after soup. Cleanses palate. Can't say enough. Short flight we will be back ”
“ Stayed in Boise for a night while passing through, found this place to make rezzies. Had a lovely experience from walk in to walk out. The service was just enough knowledge and attention without being overbearing. We ordered beef Wellington 4/5 and short ribs 5/5. Our cocktails were painkiller 5/5 and a mezcal old fashioned 4/5. We loved the piano player while we are. Just a lovely experience and if we're ever back in town, we will return. ”
“ Nice steakhouse downtown Boise serving up delicious and decadent meals. When I looked at the menu ahead of time and saw Chateaubriand for two, I couldn't believe my eyes, all that food and for $85? My Californian heart was singing so obviously we had to order this. For the sides we got the potato cakes and potatoes au gratin, then one soup and one salad. Loved that the salad was made to order at a salad cart tableside. Salad was the winner for me, and soup the winner for my boyfriend, and the potato cakes, winners for everyone at the table. The mushrooms were also pretty fantastic, we ended up ordering an extra side of these because they were so good, rookie mistake though because we were so stuffed by the time they came we hardly made a dent. I was also able to try the short ribs, which were super tender and fall off the bone, as they should be. This was a huge portion and even with everyone at the table trying them, they were too much for the orderer to finish. Our group of 4 had a reservation for Saturday evening, the place was packed, so definitely recommend a reservation to secure your spot. ”
